The design response focuses on improving spatial quality, internal organisation, and environmental performance within an established suburban context. The renovation strategy redefines circulation and spatial adjacencies to support contemporary living patterns, including improved integration between social, dining, and private zones, while maintaining clarity between public and private realms.
Architectural interventions are resolved through considered massing adjustments, material articulation, and refined openings that optimise natural light and ventilation. Careful attention is given to the interface between interior living spaces and the external environment, enhancing permeability and connection to outdoor or landscaped areas where applicable.
