Terengganu Private Residence is a contemporary family home that combines a simple pitched-roof form with a restrained modern architectural language. The house is composed around a strong roof silhouette, generous overhangs and broad glazed openings, creating an architecture that remains familiar in character while responding to contemporary patterns of living.
The upper floor is visually contained beneath the dominant roof plane, while the ground floor opens more directly towards the garden through sheltered terraces and larger glazed areas. A lightweight perimeter canopy extends around the residence to provide shade and reinforce the horizontal relationship between the internal living spaces and the landscape.
The resulting composition is calm and understated, prioritising natural light, climatic protection and a comfortable connection between the house and its surrounding garden.
