SNA House KKB is a bespoke residential dwelling located in Kuala Kubu Bharu, Selangor, conceived as an architecturally responsive home that balances functional privacy with contextual site engagement. The design response prioritises spatial clarity and efficient planning, organising private living zones, service areas, and transitional spaces to optimise daily use and occupant comfort.
The architectural approach integrates clear massing and volumetric articulation to define public and private thresholds, with consideration given to natural orientation, daylighting opportunities, and climatic adaptation. Exterior form and materiality are resolved to create a coherent residential identity that responds to the site’s immediate context, landscape character, and surrounding built environment.
Circulation is structured to ensure intuitive movement between indoor and outdoor spaces, while spatial planning emphasises connectivity between living, dining, and private zones. The overall composition reflects a thoughtful balance of functional performance and architectural expression suited to a contemporary residential typology in Kuala Kubu Bharu.
