Terrace Design is a residential terrace housing project located in Setia Alam, Selangor, developed in 2025 for MPV. The scheme consists of a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit type arranged in a row-housing configuration, designed during the schematic design phase to optimise spatial planning, functional residential layouts, and clear circulation within a compact urban lot. The architectural concept focuses on rational organisation of private, semi-private, and service spaces to support efficient daily living, while responding to local context, site orientation, and statutory planning parameters appropriate to terrace typologies in a suburban setting.
