The 1,320-Unit Apartment Development is a high-density residential proposal in Setia Alam conceived as a coordinated composition of high-rise residential blocks supported by a shared podium and ancillary facilities.
The towers are expressed through strong vertical façade lines, recessed balconies and repeated framed elements that establish a consistent architectural rhythm across the development. Variations in massing and façade depth help break down the scale of the larger residential blocks while maintaining a coherent identity across the overall scheme.
At the lower levels, the podium establishes a more defined relationship between the towers, vehicular circulation, supporting facilities and the surrounding public realm. Landscape elements are integrated around the development to soften the building edges and create a more comfortable transition between the high-rise residential environment and its surroundings.
The proposal balances the density requirements of a 1,320-unit development with clear circulation, rational massing and a contemporary architectural expression appropriate to its urban setting.
