The arrangement establishes a clear separation between residential and commercial activities while allowing the retail component to activate the street edge and provide convenient amenities for residents and the surrounding community.
The apartment blocks feature a contemporary façade defined by vertical fins, recessed balconies and contrasting material tones, creating a strong architectural rhythm while reducing the visual scale of the high-rise forms. The design prioritises efficient residential planning, natural daylight and ventilation, comfortable pedestrian movement, landscaped communal areas and clear vehicular access throughout the development.
