Terrace Design is a compact residential proposal in Setia Alam developed around a three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout for contemporary family living. The architecture combines a familiar pitched-roof silhouette with a simplified contemporary façade, creating a residential character that is both approachable and distinctly modern.
Deep roof projections and sheltered car porches provide protection from the tropical climate, while vertical façade elements, carefully positioned glazing and recessed openings introduce shade, privacy and visual depth. Landscape pockets along the frontage soften the transition between the individual homes and the street.
The proposal demonstrates how a relatively compact terrace-house typology can achieve a clear architectural identity while maintaining efficient planning, practical circulation and comfortable everyday living.
