PJ Private Residence Renovation reimagines an existing family home through a series of architectural interventions aimed at improving its spatial quality, environmental comfort and relationship with the surrounding landscape.
The renewed façade is organised beneath a broad contemporary roof profile, with vertical fins and recessed glazing creating a stronger rhythm while providing privacy and shade. A generous covered car porch forms part of the overall architectural composition rather than functioning as a separate addition, giving the residence a more unified frontage.
Landscape, permeable external surfaces and shaded outdoor areas extend the domestic environment beyond the building envelope, creating a softer transition between the house and garden. The renovation balances the retained character of an established suburban home with a more contemporary and climate-responsive architectural identity.
