Setia Alam Semi-D is a proposed contemporary residential development located in Setia Alam, Selangor. The design presents a modern interpretation of semi-detached living, combining clean geometric forms, strong horizontal roof planes and carefully framed openings to establish a distinctive yet cohesive architectural identity.
Each pair of residences is composed with a balanced façade featuring deep roof overhangs, recessed balconies, full-height glazing and contrasting wall finishes. A central vertical feature visually connects the adjoining units, while covered car porches, generous windows and landscaped surroundings create a welcoming and comfortable residential environment. The overall design prioritises natural daylight, ventilation, privacy and functional family living within a refined tropical architectural expression.
