Sepang Link House

Project Info

Sepang Link House is a bespoke residential project by Arkitek Adib Maruziki, conceived to respond holistically to its site context in Sepang, Selangor. The design concept prioritises a clear organisation of spatial functions, where living, service, and private zones are articulated through a thoughtful layout that enhances both daily usability and environmental performance. The architecture is resolved through rational massing and considered orientation, optimising natural daylight and cross-ventilation to create a comfortable internal environment appropriate to the tropical climate.

The residence presents a coherent architectural language that addresses privacy, internal connectivity, and integration with outdoor spaces. Circulation is designed to be intuitive and fluid, connecting social areas with private retreats while maintaining clarity in spatial hierarchy. Facade articulation and material expression are handled with restraint and purpose, giving the house a distinctive identity that responds to its suburban context, enhances streetscape presence, and offers meaningful engagement with its surroundings.
