M64 is a proposed high-rise residential development in Subang Jaya, designed as a contemporary urban landmark within its established surroundings. The development comprises a single residential block rising above a shared podium, with the building mass articulated through framed façades, recessed balconies, vertical fins and contrasting architectural accents.
The podium creates a defined arrival experience while accommodating supporting facilities, parking and landscaped communal areas. The overall architectural composition is designed to maximise natural daylight, ventilation and outward views, while establishing a distinctive and refined identity for the development.
