Danga Loft is a conceptual high-end residential development in Danga, Johor, conceived around expansive views and a strong relationship between private living spaces and shared leisure facilities.
The residential tower is characterised by sweeping balcony lines that wrap around the façade, creating a softer architectural profile while extending the living spaces towards the surrounding views. Extensive glazing reinforces the connection between the interior and exterior and gives the building a lighter expression despite its high-rise scale.
At podium level, a landscaped leisure deck and swimming pool create a shared recreational environment for residents, with pavilion-like communal spaces positioned alongside the water. The proposal combines vertical residential living with resort-inspired amenities to establish a more distinctive high-end residential experience.
