M64 is a proposed high-rise residential development conceived as a contemporary addition to the established urban landscape of Subang Jaya. The project comprises a single residential block elevated above a shared podium, with its overall massing visually articulated into distinct vertical wings to reduce its perceived scale and create a more refined skyline presence.
The architecture is defined by a disciplined composition of structural frames, recessed balconies and deeply modelled façade elements. Repeated horizontal floor lines are balanced by full-height vertical fins and a central glazed section, giving the elevation a clear sense of order and verticality. Warm terracotta-coloured accents are selectively introduced across the predominantly neutral façade, creating visual markers that animate the building without disrupting the clarity of its architectural expression.
Rather than treating the podium merely as a functional base, the design integrates it into the overall composition as a transitional layer between the tower and the surrounding landscape. Its open-sided structure accommodates parking and supporting facilities while allowing daylight, air and visual permeability to pass through the lower levels. Landscaped edges, sheltered arrival areas and a clearly defined entrance sequence establish a more welcoming relationship between the development and its immediate surroundings.
Communal recreational spaces are positioned within landscaped podium areas, providing residents with accessible outdoor amenities above the ground-level circulation and service zones. Planting is incorporated along the building edges and activity areas to soften the built form, improve environmental comfort and create a more intimate residential setting within the larger development.
Through its carefully proportioned façade, climate-responsive recesses and integrated podium landscape, M64 seeks to balance urban density with residential comfort. The result is a composed and contemporary residential landmark that responds to the evolving character of Subang Jaya while maintaining a human-scaled experience at its points of arrival, circulation and communal activity.
